Nutrition & Calorie Comments

quite quick and easy--love that you can make just one. Not pretty (looks like a brown sponge swollen twice the size of the ramekin), but surprisingly tasty. My daughter said she could taste the low-calorie-ness, but I enjoyed it. Next time I'll use half the baking powder so it doesn't rise so much.
