Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Wheat bran, whole grains, fruits and vegetables are good sources of which type of fiber
Easy, cooked in Instant Pot Pressure Cooker on Med for 3 hours using red lentils, needs salt.
This was very good. I changed two things, added some salt and I had to cook it longer. It took longer than 4 hours on high in my crockpot (which is normally fine with recipes), so I'd plan for about another hour. Also different colors of lentils have different cooking times so watch out for that.
Chef Meg's video shows 4 hours on HIGH, but the recipe says 4 hours on low. I followed the recipe and didn't have a meal for my family because the lentils were still hard. We also think it needs some salt. I think it will be better once the lentils are fully cooked and we add some salt.
