I was skeptical of this recipe, because I do NOT like cottage cheese...but I tried it anyway, and I really liked it! I did not use any syrup, as there are enough calories in these to begin with, and found it was good enough w/cinnamon. LOVE the amount of protein in them for the morning. Very good!
