Spagetti Squash is one of my favorites! I actually just throw mine whole in the oven with about an inch of water at the bottom for about an hour. I then just scrape out the inside and serve it with a little spray butter, parm and salt and pepper. Sooooo yummy!
This was very good. I never cooked spagetti squash! I made a turkey sausage sandwhich on arnold's round bread and a salad the whole dinner was under 300 calories.Thanks!
I love spaghetti squash, I always am excited when it comes in season again! I cook mine by cutting it in half and sprinkling with EVOO and some pepper. No water nessasary. I add this to other dished such as lasagna too kick up the nutritional value.
