Directions didn't say how much butter so I used 1/2 cup. Used 8 skinless boneless thighs, double everything else and added salt and pepper. Made sandwich on sour dough. Everybody loved it. Very moist and tastey.
The chicken was excellent! Just one problem - the butter is not listed in the ingredients creating two problems.
1. How much are you supposed to use
2. Is the butter included in the nutritional information - I'm thinking it's not = adding calories, salt and fat.
