I think the nutritional info might be calculated for the ENTIRE dish, not per portion. At least I would hope not! Pork Loin does not have that much fat, and it certainly doesn't have that many calories! :) I will assume it is for the ENTIRE dish. it sounds incredibly tasty. Will give this a go.
