Nutrition & Calorie Comments

So nice to find a substitute for all the sodium laden mixes on the market. I make this as I need it--5 tsps milk, 1 cocoa, 1 creamer, and 2 sugar. I think I might try it with a drop of vanilla next time.
Very good I used Sweet N Low for my sugar replacement
I changed the sugar to splenda. If my math is right, for 3 tbsp, this would be 39.4 cal, 5.25 carb, 2.64 protein, 1.14 g fat, and 3.39 g sugar. The mix doesn't smell as good as normal stuff, but I enjoyed the taste. It's comparable in nutrition to diet hot cocoa, but you get the calcium this way.
