Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I would leave the wheat bread out & the sugar. I think the recipe would be tastey if just left natural & add little dressing.
I skiped the croutons and used splenda in place of sugar and this is now one of my favorites!
Replace sugar with Honey. Replace salt with fresh lemon juice. Replace mushrooms wih squash. Replace cooked red beats with raw red beat shoestrings.
