Love this recipe because it's tasty PLUS low in sodium. Thanks!
This recipe was very good, though a bit bland.

I had to add a bit of Creole seasoning, garlic powder and Tabasco, which brought up the sodium...but not much.

Still, I found this to be a very tasty dish. :)
I made my own broth, added 1/8 - 1/4 cup chooped pimento and green pepper. Used my own salt substitute to lower the sodium even more. Served as suggested topped with sprig of fresh celery and with beets on the side. Delicious.
I thought it was really good. I added seasoning salt and more pepper than listed in recipe, and it turned out great.
