i made this abit differant i beat the egg with the salt pepper,basil put the cheese and tomatoe in the sandwich then dipped the sandwhich in the beaten egg then cooked in the skillet.brought back memories of childhood breakfasts when my father was still alive.it was about the only thing he cooked.
