Removed the salt, and was so yummy!
I love it! I had to tweak it based on the ingredients I had on hand, no salt (I'm sure it enhances the flavor, but I have to eat as low sodium as possible) almond milk instead of soy and McCormick southwest sweet and smoky salt free seasoning instead of chili powder and pepper. Fantastic! Thanks!
