Boil the eggs in salt water for 5 to 7 minutes. Immerse in iced water. Leave until you can handle the eggs. Crack the eggs as follows; tap on countertop at each end of the egg, then roll the egg on the countertop with your palm until shell cracks all around. The shell should now be easy to peel.
