Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

Great base recipe but I did find it a little on the bland side. I ended up adding some dry mustard as well as some ketchup. I did use salt which I normally do not but it did need it. I also added some onion. Next time I will also use two bell peppers instead of one. I cooked on low for 8 hours.
DH and I LOVE this! I've made it three times in the past 2 weeks - I'm just wondering, are the calories based on 1 lb or 2? It's great, though!
