I'm not sure what the point of EggBeaters was, when a nice farm egg is 100% keto friendly? I will need to research how many eggs 1/4 cup Eggbeater "replaces". I guessed 1. Next time I will mix it in with the dry meals/butter. I used gala apples, not so great. Sour cream added nice zero carb fat, yum
