Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I'd love to try it, but the post about the high calories and carbs has me a little worried :-\
Couldn't find low-fat tortilla chips in town used ww tortilla brush with olive oil and sprinkle seasoning salt in oven until crisp. Even my husband (who doesn't like cottage cheese) liked this one.
Very very good, however the nutritional info is VERY wrong. I entered everything (low fat, too!) and it was 425 calories per serving and 1236mg of sodium!! Not to mention 40 carbs!
VERY good. Instead of taco sauce I used a can of fat free refried beans.
This is very good! I added a can of black beans to beef up the fiber content. Adjust the calories accordingly if you do so.
