Tasted really yummy. Recipe was unclear tho! Said add the sugar with the lemon but was no sugar in the recipe (we decided 3/4 cup, will prob use 1/2 cup next time) and didn't say when to add applesauce. Anyway we figured it out and the muffins were really good :)
