I let the zucchini drip so the vitamin juice wasn't lost. Used it in other cooking. Delicious.
Where have you been all my life. I didn't add the salt but tossed in some roasted garlic mash instead. WOW! Glad there's leftovers for tomorrow...if I can hold hout!
These were yummy, though it only filled the 24 mini muffin tins half way. Next time I will measure the zucchini after squeezing. Also, I will add a little garlic salt as someone else mentioned.
These are SO yummy. I used garlic salt instead of regular salt.
