I tried this, even needed to cut back on honey (trying to do the LCHF keto thing). I also made it with Califia Farms Almondmilk Creamer which does use some sugar - I thought it was stevia - but still low carb at only 2 g of carbohydrates. In any case, this pudding is YUMMY!I'll be making more!
