Delicious! I love new ways to prepare salmon, I eat it a lot! I did ti in a grill pan and made nice grill marks on it, will use less salt and more sugar next time!!! Buy the way I made the BROKLY WOKLY as well for dinner and it was a really good combo!!
oops - forgot the brown sugar but it was still fabulous!
