Had to find out what ackee and saltfish were
great dish for sure...but re-do the caloric and nutritionalvalues because although ackee may not carry too many calories at all, q quarter of a pound of cod/salted fish carries more than 19 calories. even a whole onion has more than 19 calories. But great photo and great recipe
