Nutrition & Calorie Comments

This is great! I love eating this at Applebee's. Now I can make it myself with considerably less calories.
THE BEST EVER. It's basically Alice Spring Chicken from Outback minus the bacon. I used fat free honey mustard as a dipping sauce but be careful because that has a lot of carbs. This will become a family regular so excellent! And a one pan meal!
I actually pounded three chicken breasts and extended the servings to 8. Left out the salt and the second pan spraying to reduce sodium and calories. Deglazed the pan with white wine added a little low sodium chicken stock and cooked the veggies in that. Very good with nice eye appeal.
De-lish!!! I added Jennie-o 98% fat free turkey bacon and served with California blend veggies and chicken flavored whole grain rice...made for a GREAT meal!! My husband was impressed and kind of blown away by the presentation in only 30 minutes! Thank you!!! -Amanda
I ommited the mushrooms and cayenne (2 sml kids) and added red&grn peppers (I sauteed them and the onions til they were soft). Also, I used 2% milk am. cheese to help with the fat count. Everyone loved it!! We will make this again!!
So easy to make and my picky family loved it. I used red peppers instead of shrooms and can't wait to make this for a crowd. I do question the fat content though - unless using low/nofat cheese, I think it's probably double what is listed.
Good recipe. Next time, we will leave most of the cheese off to save on calories and fat.
