Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

Next time I plan to add some Garlic or Garlic salt to give a little more flavor. These are very good though. I made them in a mini muffin tin so like 3 are a serving.
These are really good. I also made them with cinnamon and sugar instead of the cheese and herbs. Those are really good too. Just make sure to use the blender or they will be too heavy.
I cut out one egg and substituted 2 whites and used fat free mill. Still great! My kid love it.
