Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Wonderful! I used dark cocoa and almond/coconut milk which reduced the calories even more. The variations seem endless. Maybe vanilla or a lemon/vanilla next time.
I decreased the sugar and use fat free milk and it's still delicious! This is so helpful in satisfying my sweet tooth, and is worlds better then the chemical aftertaste of the jello instant pudding I was using. Fabulous, easy, and quick--will go along way in helping me stay on track! Many thanks!
I'll be making this every other day, because I am sure my DH will be eating it, too! VERY yummy!! Just what I needed to get the rest of my calcium today with practically no fat! BTW, I skipped the cooling part because I like "skin," and it didn't turn out "chunky". It was GREAT!
I decreased the sugar just a tad and added some epresso powder. Very good, much tastier then boxed sugar free stuff. I will make this all the time!
I cooked this pudding on the stove. It turned out well. Not too sweet and very chocolatey. A dollop of fat free whipped cream would make it perfect for me.
