Saw my local grocery store is carry a new pasta product: mini-penne. This pasta is shaped the same as normal Penne, but each individual noodle is much smaller. Might use it to give something like this a try to save calories. Submitted by:

I make one very similar to this one but I don't use any oil. No one in the family even noticed. When I told them after they enjoyed their meal, they were very surprised and don't add any now when they make it. I do like the idea of adding beans for more protein. Thank you for sharing.
