These were wonderful. I have been so hungry for good biscuits, but am restricted to a very low fat diet. You have found a way to make biscuits light, low fat and delicious. Thank you so much for sharing. I would have made 12 biscuits instead of 8, but my guys loved the "man size" biscuit.
