Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I used 4 peppers & substituted roast beef with deli London Broil.. ordered 1/4 lb each of that & provolone. Found I did not need salt or pepper & it was delish! Also reheats in microwave well! Great meal without carbs!
I added 3 tablespoons low fat cream cheese with the saute and didn't want to heat up the house so put them in the crockpot on low for 3.5 hours. They were great!
