Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

This was great! But i substituted Smart Balance for the butter, and soymilk for the cream to bring down the fat & calories a bit.
This was delicious and easy to make. It filled me right up! I actually used tilapia rather than trout because the grocery store didn't have trout. Also, tilapia has a lighter taste to it and a few less calories. I would make a little extra sauce next time.
I also made it with chicken! Great!
