Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

This was a super simple recipe and it was immediately added to my weekly rotation. I cooked it in my electric skillet in no time, and only used salt +pepper for seasoning. I absolutely loved this dish!
The next time I make these again, I may add a little bit of paprika for some color. Still tastes great, even with low-fat mild cheddar cheese.
