Wonderful with seared scallops with Penzey fox point seasoning. Added to this recipe by using 4.5 ounce leeks sauted in broth till soft, added 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme and mint & 1/4 salt, then add peas broth and cook 3 mins, drained but kept broth-used 1/2 cup to puree -didn't want too thin. A++
