Thanks Marisa, I like your reply. Just because something says cake does not mean it is forbidden. It is all to do with portion size and making a lower calorie variety helps. Not something you would want to indulge in on a daily basis but certainly acceptable for a special occasion.
This recipe is not at all bad in sodium or carbs for what it is! Thank you.
