Nutrition & Calorie Comments

calories are off, rice listed but not in the recipe, no peppers, I made 1/2 recipe using two ears of corn roasted, lowered the oil to 1 tsp, and in the dressing 1 tbs instead of 1/4 cup, used parsley instead of ciltantro. The taste was excellent, will make again!
