This is a definite keeper!! I followed the recipe exactly using boneless pork ribs. In doing so, I needed to adjust the temp and time. I baked on 325 for 2 hours and the potatoes and pork were perfectly tender. Will be making this again, for sure!! I did add a bit of salt and pepper too. Submitted by:

This was very good. I may follow another rater and try to skip all that oil as the calories are quite high. I did add more onions as we love them. All I added was a side of veggies. Delicious. Submitted by:

The flavor was great. Recipe is way too much oil though. I sprayed my chops with EVOO spray and sprinkled with 1TB ranch seasoning and then tossed potatoes with 2TB ranch seasoning and 2TB olive oil. Also left out the water. Recipe as is would have been 70% of my daily fat allowance! Submitted by:
