Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Just tried this recipe yesterday. We left out the rice to save calories but it was absolutely fabulous! I was a little concerned that it might be too sweet but it was tender and very tasty. This one's a keeper!
I haven't tried this, but I will. Looks very easy and should taste great. Check out your sweet and sour sauce. They are not all created equal. Some have a lot more carories than others, which is probably the reason the calories count is so high.
I was wondering where do all the calories come from? And also, I too do not have a grill, does anyone knowc about cooking it in the oven??
A bit too much in calories, but tastes good
This sounds fantastic and will have to make sure I have enough calories left for this. Thanks
I don't have a grill but my daughter does. This sounds like something she and I could make for supper one night. However I would try a pinch of garlic salt on it too
