Great recipe. Grape seed oil is a great antimmflamatory and has a high heat point when cooking. I added garlic and Herbs de provence and about a half tsp of low sodium soy sauce. My only problem is that I dont know how much a serving is!
I've been looking for a good but simple salad dressing recipe. This is just the ticket! It's really healthy, no artificial ingredients, no sweeteners. I will wait with the salt until after I taste it. Thanks!
Maybe less fat for me.... it's got a lot of calories.
