Nutrition & Calorie Comments

These pancakes are so good, I substituted a half cup of egg beaters and my batch made 29. I had 3 with strawberries and "Vanilla Waffle Sauce". Best breakfast in a long time and my meal ended up being about 300 calories.

Delicious! My 2 & 3 year old loved these, right after breakfast I jumped on the computer to save this recipe. I substituted splenda and egg beaters, but it was still awesome. I served them with sugar free syrup and apples with cinnamon, watch out IHOP!!!
I had to play with the ingredients because I ran out of white flour. I also made the pancakes smaller and they ended up being 45 calories each but believe me they are SO filling! This was great and they turned out beautifully :)
