Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Great muffins! I used the protein powder sub and subbed chopped apples for the banana. Made them for my kids' lunches so put a little brown sugar on top but they didn't even need it.
Followed recipe as written, to keep the calorie content low I used unsweetened almond milk as well as unsweetened applesauce, my major problem was that these stuck to the paper liners I used :-( next time I'll use aluminum liners and triple spray with non stick spray. Other than that they weretasty
I subbed 1/3 cup of flour with whey protein powder and the honey for agave nectar. Perfect snack before the gym. Thanks for the recipe!
