Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Going to look for a lower sodium hot sauce & will use fat free cream cheese, dressing & cheese. Have made before & *IS* yummy but this sodium is HIGH :(
Any suggestions?
I LOVE this dip SOOO much. I always serve it with "Cape Cod Reduced Fat potato chips" they are kettle cooked and are super crunchy and strong so GREAT for scooping =)
This tastes great BUT, the nutritional data is way off. For the Kraft dressing & cream cheese alone, it is 144 calories and 13.8 grams of fat per serving. TASTES great, but may want to experiment with lower cal options.....
I make this all the time for parties....I get requests for it all the time! Much less calories than hot wings, but just as delicious!
