Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I used salt, garlic powder, paprika and poultry seasoning. I like this recipe because I need more fiber in my diet, the omega 3 in flax seed is good too. Also contains protein, iron, calcium and potassium. I've been looking for a healthy substitute for bread and crackers, this is it! :)
