Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Really liked this recipe. Doctored it up with green peppers, onion, mushrooms, broccoli, spinich and did use only 1 Tbsp. butter, as several other people suggested - to cut the fat. Best quiche I've ever eaten!! Fabulous.
i added mushrooms, green bell pepper, and onion to this. served with a dollop of fat free sour cream on top. it was really good! even my little kids loved it!
Made with low fat cheese, white whole wheat flour 2 eggs, 2 egg whites and skim milk. Added lean ham.
I like that I can use different cheeses, add meat or vegetables and get something different all of the time but still have great taste. Just remember that the nutritional amounts don't include the extras.
Can't wait to try this! I love quich, and have been avoiding it due to high fat content. Crustless should be awesome!
I only put in 2tbsp of butter and a cup of milk and half cup of water ... added thyme, salt, pepper, ham, cheese and a fwe cloves of garlic - YUM!! Thanks for the recipe!
I'm making this soon! Plan to use lowfat swiss, thawed frozen spinach squeezed dry, 1/4 cup lowfat parmesan and a hit of nutmeg. Can't wait to try it!
Turned out great! I used whole milk and only 1 T. of butter. For the veggies, I put in steamed broccoli and sautéed onions & red peppers. I liked that it had no salt -- it was almost sweet.
