Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

Have made this several times - but did not rate it. I use cooked soy beans instead of white. Same great flavor though. Spinach and dried basil work as substitutes for arugula and fresh basil leaves. An excellent high-fiber lunch for one! Start with 1/2 of the lime juice and build up to taste.
