I made these with lower fat ingredients - no flour, just oat flour. Turned out great! Thanks for the inspiration!
I have diabetes so I think I will try this with splenda and maybe use ww flour instead of white. It looks like a great way to add oat fiber and to make the cookies a little thicker. If anyone knows where I can get Splenda chocolate chips, Please let me know!
