Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I was really disappointed in this and probably won't make it again. The chicken didn't get brown, and there was way too much juice from the pineapple. It was pretty bland. It needed some help from salt & pepper and garlic.
I'm not big on chicken thighs, but my husband really likes them, so I am always looking for ways to use them. I really liked the sauce for this. We like our teriyaki sauce garlicky, so I added about 3 fat cloves (chopped) and it made the sauce delicious.
