Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

This is a great wrap recipe, I think the calories are a bit low for any wraps I can find around my location. Made it with Healthy way whole wheat tortillas and the calories are 238.1 and increased fiber to 6.4 g which still makes this a great healthy and filling lunch.
