Nutrition & Calorie Comments

This was AWESOME! My wife is Thai and generally doesn't like American food but she ate a double portion of this! I made 8 chops, hoping to have some left over. One was left...that's IT! Between myself, my wife and my visiting son they were descended upon with no regard for calorie counting! My bad..
This recipe was delicious. I didn't have the thyme. Also, i used homemade broth and no salt on the pork which lowered sodium content. Definitely making this again.
Excellent. I really enjoyed this. It smelled so good while it was cooking and tasted even better! I left out the butter and 1 tbs of oil to cut fat - was delicious.
Good, especially since I had the fresh herbs on hand. Definitely noticed the fat. I'd cut that back a bit next time.
OMG SO tasty! In fact, we cut out two of the original tablespoons of olive oil (we used olive oil flavored cooking spray instead), cutting the recipe total calories by 240, or by 60 calories per serving. I highly recommend this recipe to anyone on the go!
The calorie count is much higher when you include the pork chops. I omitted the butter, used less olive oil, and substituted raspberry red wine vinegar for the balsamic. When I calculated the nutritional info, it came to 304 calories, 21 g fat, 9.4 carbs, & 19.8 protein. It is 5 stars!
sounds good....but the pork chops are not listed in the ingredients so calorie count should be adjusted
