it sounds good, but there is virtually no yogurt anywhere i can find that doesnt have sugar in it. So the sugar content would be higher than that. check the label and see how much sugar is in it. If somehow you have yogurt that doesnt have sugar in it, PLEASE I BEG OF YOU to tell me the name!
