Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

Chewy but still good! I accidentally busted both full eggs in so I left them and I didn't have vanilla extract so I used my vanilla coffee creamer. Turned out great regardless! I also topped it with brown sugar and cinnamon crumb topping to add a little crunch.
They are tasty but a bit too sweet for breakfast muffins, I will be cutting the brown sugar amount by half next time I make these. Will make good dessert muffins though!
Turned out yummy, but a little too sweet for me. Next time I might try cutting back on the sugar.
