Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I like to use no-salt-added diced tomatoes mixed with an arrabiata sauce, and the turkey Italian sausage always helps to reduce the fat/cholesterol.
This is almost exactly the same recipe that I use, but I use low-fat cottage cheese because my husband doesn't like Ricotta.
