Chicken Curry Spinich Quinoa
i made this with left overs so it really didnt take me long. I also used low sodium light soy sauce, but there wasnt an option for this. I loved this. hope you enjoy!
* you make Quinoa by adding one cup to 1 1/4 cup boiling water. reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes till water is absorbed.
