Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I removed skin from chicken and seasoned with salt, pepper, and thyme. Seared in vegetable oil until brown on both sides. Removed from heat. Added 1 TB of butter then mushrooms, onions, and black olives. When they were ready I added chicken back to dutch oven and cooked with lid ajar for 30 minute.
