Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I had to make a few substitutions, based on what I had on hand (i.e. juice from one lemon; 'homemade' buttermilk [low fat milk and white vinegar]; Splenda, instead of sugar). These muffins are terrific, though, and a wonderful use of blueberries, when they're in season. Yum! This recipe's a keeper!!
These are an awesome blueberry muffin, and they are so low calorie!!
